From here, business may take you a bit over a mile down Avenida Calle 24 to Ágora Bogotá Convention Center, a massive international event space. Keep driving southeast toward the peak of Monserrate—visible from across the city—to reach La Candelaria, a bustling zone that houses the Museo del Oro and other must-see attractions. If you plan to explore this area on foot, the best time is Sunday morning, when many city streets are closed to traffic.
